Depuis 2015,\u00a0le conflit au Y\u00e9men a co\u00fbt\u00e9 la vie \u00e0 17\u00a0000\u00a0civils et a d\u00e9plac\u00e9 3,65\u00a0millions de personnes. L&rsquo;escalade du conflit se poursuit et cause des dommages importants aux infrastructures publiques et civiles. Le HCR fournit des abris et de l&rsquo;aide juridique et financi\u00e8re aux personnes dans le besoin. Le HCR a appuy\u00e9 Lina avec un micro pr\u00eat qui lui a permis d&rsquo;acheter de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement et des meubles pour son restaurant. Elle cuisine des plats \u00e9thiopiens et sert du caf\u00e9 y\u00e9m\u00e9nite \u00e0 ses clients r\u00e9guliers. Il est assis dans une maison d\u00e9truite \u00e0 Aden. Le HCR appuie la participation des enfants r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s au Parlement de la jeunesse y\u00e9m\u00e9nite depuis 2012. Il comprend maintenant 71\u00a0membres, dont 10\u00a0enfants r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et d\u00e9plac\u00e9s soutenus par le HCR. En juillet\u00a02019, les repr\u00e9sentants ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement semestriel du Parlement o\u00f9 ils ont parl\u00e9 des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et des droits des personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es au Y\u00e9men. Lorsqu&rsquo;on lui parle de son d\u00e9placement, il affirme que quitter sa maison en raison de la violence a \u00e9t\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision la plus difficile de sa vie. Selon Obadi\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0La guerre vous force \u00e0 abandonner plusieurs choses et \u00e0 les laisser derri\u00e8re. Mais lorsque les conditions se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de revenir dans ma maison et de reprendre ma vie\u00a0\u00bb. Au sujet de ses besoins et de ses espoirs, il dit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Les autorit\u00e9s doivent prendre des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour la reconstruction et le d\u00e9veloppement. Il indique que son quartier \u00e9tait un point n\u00e9vralgique des batailles en 2015. ll a quitt\u00e9 sa maison pour Alshaikh Sa&rsquo;ad, puis il est revenu apr\u00e8s que les choses se soient calm\u00e9es. Il affirme\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Pour avoir de meilleures conditions de vie, nous avons besoin de sources de revenu et d&#8217;emplois.
