Si la r\u00e9installation implique le transfert de personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es du pays o\u00f9 elles ont trouv\u00e9 l\u2019asile vers un pays tiers qui a accept\u00e9 de les accueillir, il existe aussi d\u2019autres voies d\u2019immigration qui ont le potentiel de permettre \u00e0 un nombre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de trouver la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019immigration canadien permet aux individus et aux groupes au Canada de soutenir la r\u00e9installation des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unhcr.ca\/fr\/au-canada\/autres-voies-immigration-refugies\/quest-ce-que-parrainage-prive-refugies\/\"><strong>parrainage priv\u00e9<\/strong><\/a>, aux employeurs d\u2019embaucher des personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es qualifi\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce aux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unhcr.ca\/fr\/au-canada\/autres-voies-immigration-refugies\/immigration-economique-refugies-qualifies\/\"><strong>programmes d\u2019immigration \u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/a>, et aux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unhcr.ca\/fr\/au-canada\/autres-voies-immigration-refugies\/reunir-familles-refugies\/\"><strong>familles de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9unies<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Avoir l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 d\u2019autres programmes d\u2019immigration permet aux personnes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9es de renforcer leur autonomie et de mettre \u00e0 profit leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation et d\u2019emploi, tout en leur permettant et en permettant \u00e0 leurs familles de jouir de droits humains fondamentaux.
