Making a world of difference: Responding wherever needed

In 2015, inter-communal fighting continued to drive hundreds of thousands of people to seek refuge in neighbouring Cameroon, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of Congo. Nearly 900,000 people have been forced to flee so far, in and outside CAR. Thanks to your support, UNHCR is actively registering and relocating refugees to safe areas. In Cameroon, for example, our 188-person team has registered over 135,000 refugees since 2013.
