Send an E-card

Would you like to share your support and interest of UNHCR with a friend? Send someone special a UNHCR e-card in recognition of a special occasion, such as a birthday, a specific holiday, an anniversary, a wedding, in celebration of an achievement or simply just to let them know you are thinking about them.

Simply complete the e-card online form information, including a personalized message if you wish.  Select the e-card that you wish to send.  Preview if you wish and close the window once previewed.  Click on "Send e-card" once you feel the card is ready to go!

Be assured we will respect the privacy of the recipient(s) e-mail address(s) you provide when sending a “refuge e-card” and will only contact them at their request.

“Star Appeal” series

The Star Appeal raises funds to help the UN Refugee Agency provide refugees and the displaced with the basics essential to survival and hope. By supporting this campaign, you help UNHCR fulfill the hopes of some 34 million refugees and displaced people in 118 countries around the world.

“Refugee Women” series

Women and girls make up about two thirds of the world's refugee population, and they are clearly the most vulnerable. At the same time, it is the women who carry out the crucial tasks in refugee camps - caring for their children, participating in self-development projects, and keeping their uprooted families together.

“Refugee Youth” series

They have seen atrocities many people cannot imagine, survived trauma most of their peers will never experience. Caught between adult burdens and childhood innocence, refugee youth around the world have continued to face the future with hope and courage.

“Going Home” series

In it's history, UNHCR has helped some of the world's most disenfranchised people to find a place called home, whether through repatriation, resettlement or local integration. Voluntary repatriation has become both the preferred and only practical solution for today's refugees. In fact, the great majority of them choose to return to their former homes, though for those who cannot do so for various reasons, resettlement remains an important option.

“Hope” series

As a UNHCR donor you can take pride that you are giving hope to refugees overseas. You can trust in an agency that has been in the business of protecting refugees for over 50 years: Ask any refugee - they will know who we are. Donors make all the difference to UNHCR and the refugees we work to protect. UNHCR is currently on the ground in 116 countries, and the funds you donate directly assist more than 34 million refugees and displaced people.
